The new tool must be a CNC lathe. I have an HLVH, DSM-79, and a Haas TL-1. The HLVH-H gets used often and the DSM still gets used occasionally. I probably use both because I rebuilt both including bed regrinds. I get it Randy, if you don’t have the room, something’s gotta go. Good luck with the sale. Someone will be getting a very nice machine.

That was actually a two owner machine. It was purchased new by Techtronics in Portland, Ore. and then to you. Obviously was taken care of by you and Techtronics over the years. I actually never used the machine. It traveled from Portland to The Dalles Iron Works in The Dalles Oregon and sold to me. It was never used at The Dalles. It passed then to you. So actually only two owner operators in its lifetime.

About to drop some coin on the 9500tfc, been kicking tire for 8 hours straight reading and watching reviews and to add natural gas to any its 300$ for kit&hose and once I account for the watt drop for natural I have 1000$ into it and can’t power all of condo, so for 1150$ i get 9500/7500 watts power everything at 50-70% load and don’t have to stock pile fuel, just have few tanks 30gal. Lp if natural gets disrupted, gas if that fails. Gas should be less than 50% load, now i added the start up watts for big items 2ton ac, fridge, freezer, pc 3 monitors, two 75” tv, microwave, stove, etc 4500 now will turn on ac when stove or microwave is used of course but does that sound right to you? Am I calculating it correctly? Great video and thanks for your time. Be safe & from Florida, don

Place the indicator on the tools side surface at one end of the tool, set the indicator dial to zero. Then turn the cross feed so the indicator is at the other end. Do not worry about the reading in between. Then turn the tool post so the reading is 1/2 of the of the difference of the tow readings. Then travel back to the starting end and to this process until both readings are zero and no adjustment is necessary.
